What We Do
Build the foundation that keeps new teachers in the classroom and growing from day one.

Turn your most experienced teachers into skilled mentors who multiply their impact across the school.
Learn More
Close the gaps between grades and classrooms so students experience a coherent, coordinated education.
Learn More
Build the structures that give students real ownership, voice, and leadership in their school community.
Learn MoreMost schools hand new teachers a handbook and a key. We help you build something better: a structured, humane onboarding experience that reduces overwhelm, builds real classroom readiness, and signals to new teachers that this is a school worth staying in.
Good mentors are not made by assigning them. We help schools build a structured mentor program where experienced teachers are trained in coaching, observation, and feedback, so the relationship is genuinely useful to both people in it.
When teachers across grades and departments work in isolation, students pay the price with repeated content, confusing gaps, and a curriculum that does not add up to a coherent education. We help school teams build a shared roadmap.
Schools that treat students as passive recipients get passive students. We help schools build the structures, habits, and culture that give students genuine ownership, voice, and leadership inside their own education.
We do not sell generic programs. First we listen to learn about your school, then we build something that fits.

Common Questions
Both public and independent K-12 schools around the world. The most common focus areas are new teacher orientation, mentor programs, student leadership initiatives, and curriculum alignment.
Every school is different, so we start with a discovery call to understand where you are and what you're trying to do. From there, a Faculty Lounge consultant works with your leadership team to develop professional development sessions and systems of support. Some schools work with us intensively over a year, and others bring us in for a focused workshop series.
It depends on the scope. A targeted professional development workshop can be a single day. A new-teacher induction program can take a few days of new-teacher training. Most ongoing consulting relationships run for one school year to allow time for real implementation, refinement, and hand-off to school leadership.
