Yes. It is free to use with a free account, which also saves your custom layouts so you can reuse and tweak them all year.

Yes. Paste your class list into the Class Roster box, one name per line, and click Seat Students to drop those names onto the desks. If your class is bigger than the room, the tool adds desks to fit. Uncheck anyone who is absent and they are left off the chart.

This one works best on a computer. It is a drag-and-drop tool built for a larger screen, so we hide it on phones. Open it on a laptop or desktop to build your chart.

Yes. You can print your chart or save it as a PNG image (the Screenshot button), so it is easy to post, share with a sub, or keep on file.

Yes. Start from a standard layout or build your own from scratch, add furniture, arrange the desks to match your real room, and save it as a custom layout.

They will. Saved layouts live in My Custom Layouts, so you can come back, rearrange, or start a fresh chart whenever your class changes.
